Downe Cottages is an exclusive collection of eight holiday homes (two≠bedroomed Ivy Cottage is shown above), of a very high standard on the Hartland peninsula, a mile off the north Devon coast. There are lovely sea views north to Lundy Island and west over the Atlantic. Aware of the requirements of the discerning holiday-maker, a state-of-the-art gym and spa have been added. The spa comprises a spa bath, sauna and steam room, plus a gym. Aromatherapy, reflexology and lymph-draining massages are among the treatments on offer.
