The two bedrooms are on the ground floor and both have en suite shower rooms. The master bedroom has a five foot double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and cabinets and both have three quarter length mirrors on the walls.
The living, dining and kitchen area is on the first floor.
The first floor has views over the Atlantic north to Lundy Island through one of two full length French windows that look west and north.
In the living area are two large three seater sofas and a log fire. The kitchen is a fully equipped and fitted modern kitchen (including a dishwasher).
Ivy is a wonderful cottage with space, character and views.
Honeysuckle, Ivy, Clematis and Vine Cottages were created out of a large two storey “L” shaped barn and open out into a charming inner courtyard area. This is a glorious sheltered sun trap. Ivy has a garden table and chairs in this inner courtyard area.
