Clematis Cottage is a one bedroomed cottage.
The ground floor provides the elegant living, dining and kitchen area. The first floor provides an open plan bedroom (with en-suite shower room) with views through full length French windows over the sea to Lundy Island.
A three seater sofa and two arm chairs grace the living area with very comfortable lounging for visitors. A television with video and dvd player is provided.
The kitchen is a fully equipped and fitted modern kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, washer-drier, dishwasher, fridge and ample storage cupboards. The cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are of a good standard (e.g thick bottomed pans) and are complete matching sets. The kitchen is fully equipped to include such items as garlic crushers and salad spinners.
The dining area has an antique pine table and chairs for four.
The bedroom has two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a fitted wardrobe and a three quarters length mirror hung on the wall.
Clematis is ideal for romantic getaways with an exceptionally large and beautiful bedroom. A small settee sits by the French windows through which one looks out to Lundy Island and makes an beautiful spot for early morning coffee or tea.
Honeysuckle, Ivy, Clematis and Vine Cottages were created out of a large two storey “L” shaped barn and open out into a charming inner courtyard area. Clematis has a log burner in the living area.
